Villoeco collects data from users through five sources.
- Through cookies when you visit our websites, such as IP Address, Country, Visited Pages, Categories, and Trademarks you Watched, Interaction / Clicks and Searches.
- By purchase, such as demographic information, email address, payment information, goods, order sum, discount rate, brands and frequency. Also sent transactional issues, such as order confirmation, delivery or refund.
- By users who provide information about themselves (ex. adding a favourite brand or information to the customer profile)
The purpose of collecting data serves different areas:

Villoeco creates personal customer profiles based on your collected data from all data sources / categories, such as search behaviour along with your purchases and the information you have provided (tex favourite brand and favourite products). We combine and analyse these data in order to enhance your experience at Villoeco.com, to tailor personal offers and services and to assess the communication frequency.
Period for storing data.

Villoeco.com automatically detects who you are based on different parameters such as IP Address, Device, and Cookies as you move between different pages and services on the site. This means that if you are logged in to our site, you will be logged in automatically the next time you visit Villoeco from the same device. The same automatic login will occur if you click on a Villoeco email.
